About APEC Women's Leadership Forum

APEC Women Leadership Forum is an important platform for Chinese women leaders to participate in the APEC process. Since 2019 it has played an important role in connecting the most influential and representative women, increasing women's participation in the economy and international trade and helping them contribute wisdom to the global economic development. In 2020, with support of the APEC China Business Council, the APEC WOMEN LEADERSHIP COMMUNITY was initiated, bringing together women leaders from business, science and technology, culture, humanity and other fields and creating opportunities for them to grow and succeed together in the new era.

The APEC Women Leadership Forum 2021 will be held on 24th-25th September, Chengdu, China. The China Chamber of International Commerce, the APEC China Business Council and the Chengdu People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries will co-host the Forum.It will gather women leaders in exploring ways to find inner strengths, to thrive and to glow in this challenging and vibrant era.
